Ammonium Sulfate
Nitrogen and sulfur together, with no volatilization loss.
Ammonium sulfate supplies 21% nitrogen and 24% sulfur in a single granular product, and unlike urea it does not volatilize when surface-applied — the nitrogen you spread is the nitrogen the crop gets. Its mild acidifying effect also makes it a good fit for the calcareous, high-pH soils common across South Texas and Northern Mexico.
